Derrick D'Acolatse
Derrick has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. He got his first start in residential lending in 2001 where he focused on first-time home buyers, refinances, and investment lending. He then obtained his California real estate license in 2005 to help people buy and sell real estate. In 2006 he became a certified mortgage planning specialist which put him in the top 1% of all home loan originators in the country with this certification. In 2012 he opened his own real estate brokerage in California and he currently runs and manages a team there specializing in property management and buying and selling. Year after year he has been a multi-million dollar producer. His success comes from being personable, listening to customers, problem-solving, and having extensive market and industry knowledge.
Derrick received his Texas real estate license in 2020 and will be obtaining his Texas real estate broker license very soon. He prides himself on staying current on market trends and spending time to get educated on how to best assist his customers. He has a passion for learning and growing and he extends that knowledge to his customers.
Derrick makes sure your best interests are being met and that you are informed of the entire buying and selling process.

James Martinez
A rising star in the Real Estate Industry, James Martinez has a knack for building and maintaining relationships with his clients and colleagues. Eve Conley
Originally from Germany, Eve moved to the United States over 40 years ago and has since built a diverse and rewarding career while raising two daughters. Throughout her journey, she discovered a passion for Interior Design, which led to a successful career in the field. Her interest in design naturally evolved into a desire to explore Real Estate, driven by her love for architecture and enjoyment of meeting new people.
After joining Legacy Property Management, Eve gained extensive experience in Maintenance and Accounting, which ultimately inspired her to become a Real Estate Agent. This decision marked a pivotal moment in her career, leading to one of the most rewarding and satisfying experiences of her professional life. She embraces each day with enthusiasm and approaches every challenge as an opportunity, making her journey in Real Estate truly fulfilling.

Rosemary Handa
Born and raised in Palo Alto, CA, Rosemary is a dedicated and results-driven Property Manager and Realtor with 10+ years of experience. Her outgoing and friendly personality is the compelling key that allows her to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and tenants alike. Rosemary ‘s communication, dedication and go-getter mentality has enabled her to develop a reputation based on integrity and honesty.
Rosemary enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She also loves staying active whether it is in the gym or outdoors, traveling, shopping and hanging out with her friends. She is all about good vibes with good people, which helps her maintain a balanced and creative approach to life and work.

Emmelie Luna
Emmelie Luna-Fatali is a dedicated property manager with a background in HOA management and has been with Legacy since 2024. She holds a BA in Psychology and is currently working toward obtaining her real estate license to further her career. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining clear, professional communication, she ensures the communities she manages thrive. Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, she takes pride in her work.
Originally from Southern California, she now enjoys exploring the Bay Area with her husband and dog during her free time, finding new beaches and hiking local trails. She is an avid reader who loves to learn and broaden her perspective.

Yolanda Gutierrez
Yolanda has over 35 years of experience in the customer service medical field and has been with Legacy Property Management since 2017. After semi-retiring to care for her three grandchildren, she is now a valued member of the team, working as the maintenance coordinator. Yolanda is known for being ambitious, responsible, and honest, and she takes great pride in building lasting relationships with those she works with.
In her free time, Yolanda loves taking her grandchildren on special trips to places like Great America and the Discovery Museum. She also enjoys monthly dinners with her high school friends and visiting friends in Southern California.

With over ten years of experience, Casandra has established herself as a proactive and highly skilled negotiator. Armed with strong analytical skills and an extensive network, she effectively leverages her resources to benefit her clients.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Casandra dedicates her personal time to volunteering at RISE, a non-profit organization focused on education. Outside of work she enjoys watching her husband Paul Blanchette play for the Oakland Roots! Casandra is a bilingual English-Spanish speaker.

Ruby Ngo
Ruby Ngo is an experienced accounting professional with over 20 years in customer service and project management. Currently working in the accounting department at Legacy Property Management for the past four years, she combines financial expertise with a dedication to excellence.
Outside of work, Ruby Ngo is a passionate basketball coach, having spent 27 years coaching high school teams. She is a proud parent of three children, aged 12, 14, and 17, and enjoys fostering both athletic and personal development in young athletes.

Mark Bush
Mark acquired his California Real Estate License in 1991 and spent the following 5 years purchasing investment properties in Northern California and Nevada. Continuing his pursuit to work with the individual, Mark started his own mortgage business as a Certified Mortgage Planner in 1998. He maintained that business for the past 15 years.
After leaving the mortgage business, Mark used his Real Estate License to help buyers and sellers. Eventually, he focused his career on property management and has been doing this for the past 8 years.
For the past 18 years, Mark has coached and mentored other business owners through the BNI (Business Networks International) Organization as a certified Director Consultant assisting small business owners to grow their companies through referral marketing.
In 2015 Mark was the past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, Peninsula network, an organization dedicated to the advancement and development of leadership skills for Realtors in the Real Estate Industry. Mark has presented at the California State Meeting for Women’s Council of Realtors® in Sacramento and then later presented at their National Meeting in Washington D.C. and has gone on to present to San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate boards.
Additionally, Mark holds certificates from the world-renowned Dale Carnegie Training system in Advanced Presentation, Human Relations, and Sales Skills, and he often speaks as the keynote speaker for groups around the Bay Area on topics ranging from sales skills to human relations.
Mark has lived with his wife and three children in Fremont for the past 34 years and has been married to his sweetheart for 36 years!

Stephen Archer
Stephen Archer, a proud Bay Area native, is an alumnus of Bellarmine College Preparatory ‘05 and Santa Clara University ‘09. He launched his career in construction management in 2012 with Devcon Construction before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2020.
Stephen is dedicated to understanding his clients’ unique needs and delivering personalized solutions to help them achieve their real estate goals. Stephen currently resides in Campbell with his wife and son. Annie Tegner
Born in Castro Valley and raised in the East Bay, Annie Tegner’s roots in real estate run deep. Her grandmother, Ivah, was a trailblazing real estate agent in the area in the 70s and 80s, inspiring Annie as a hard-working woman in real estate and dedicated to her community. From her mother Leisa, Annie inherited a natural creative design eye and a real sense of creating a home, which she channels into every aspect of her work. Having a background in cafe management in the early 2000s, Annie learned how to read people and serve them with authenticity, effectiveness, and veracity.
